Our Process
Step 1
Initial Contact
Whether you contact us by phone or email, we will take the time to understand your project, booking you in for a time that suits you. We welcome you to supply us with any designs or plans that you desire using our website or emailing us directly.
Step 2
Meet On-Site & Pick Your Finishes
Once we organise a time, you will meet with our Manager/Estimator, where he will personally discuss your joinery project, offering advice on the project prior to moving forward.
After meeting onsite, you will have the opportunity to pick your finishes. We will take the time to sit down with you and assist you through the selection process to ensure we achieve your project goals.
Step 3
Organise Quote
Upon the selection of the specific finishes you desire, we will complete a detailed quote of the job that we are providing which will include all stages of the process, including installation and site preparation to installation.
Step 4
Finalise Requirements
When the quote is completed, we will begin finalising and organising design plans and confirming the finishes. From here, our pre-start site visit will commence when we meet again on site to confirm, followed by the project starting and following through until completed.
Step 5
Complete Job
Throughout the project, our team will provide transparent communication from beginning to end, including the time the job is set to be completed. We will always provide the highest-quality workmanship, ensuring a smooth experience. Any final changes or adjustments are discussed.
Step 6
Handover
Upon completion and final payment, we then meet with you and conduct our handover process. Offering a site inspection, we will ensure you are completely satisfied with the project before leaving you with a stunning space.
